1. Introduction

Influbee Sp. z o.o. ("Influbee", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Influbee platform. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and disclose your information when you use our Service.

3. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

  • Account Information: We use Firebase Authentication (a Google service) as our authentication provider. When you sign up or sign in, Firebase Authentication processes your email address, name, and (where provided) profile picture on our behalf. You may also connect Google, YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok accounts via OAuth.
  • User Content: Videos, thumbnails, scripts, and ideas you upload or input for analysis.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our Service (e.g., features used, time spent), collected via PostHog.
  • Payment Information: We use Stripe to process payments. We do not store your full credit card details. Stripe provides us with payment status and subscription details.
  • Connected Platform Data: Through the YouTube API Services we access public channel statistics (view counts, subscriber counts) for analysis. When you connect Instagram or TikTok accounts to publish content, we access and store the OAuth tokens, account identifiers, and the content/metadata you choose to publish, solely to publish on your behalf and report status.

4. How We Process Your Videos (AI Analysis)

To provide our core services, we use third-party AI sub-processors:

  • Upload & Storage: When you upload a video draft or thumbnail, it is stored securely on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Analysis: We transmit this content to AI models to generate insights, transcriptions, and metadata.
  • Retention: Uploaded video files are temporary. They are retained only for the duration necessary to complete the analysis and are automatically deleted from our servers shortly thereafter. We retain the results of the analysis (text, scores, metadata) to display them in your dashboard.

5. Sub-processors

We rely on the following third-party sub-processors to operate the Service:

  • Authentication: We use Firebase Authentication (a Google service) to authenticate you and manage your sessions. It processes your email address, name, and (where provided) profile picture.
  • Email: We use Resend to deliver transactional, notification, and newsletter emails. Resend processes your email address and message content for delivery.
  • Caching: We cache public YouTube data (search results, channel and video statistics) in a Redis store to improve performance and reduce API calls. This cache contains public platform data, not your private account credentials.
  • Payments: We use Stripe to process payments, as described above.
  • Analytics: We use PostHog to understand product usage, as described above.
  • Cloud & AI: We use Google Cloud Platform for storage and AI models for analysis, as described above.

6. Google User Data & YouTube API

Our Service uses YouTube API Services. By using Influbee, you agree to be bound by the Google Privacy Policy. We access public YouTube data solely to provide analytics features. We do not sell your Google user data to third parties.

7. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data ('Right to be Forgotten').
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data.

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures (encryption, access controls) to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on our platform.
